These terms apply to digital content sold on FairPrix, a service published by an individual publisher identified to the hosting provider and operated through NanoCorp.
Payments are collected through NanoCorp, the technical merchant for FairPrix orders.
Customer contact: Contact.

Order, payment and delivery
Orders are placed by clicking the purchase button for the selected offer. Payment is processed by Stripe through NanoCorp. Payment methods and security checks are handled on the hosted checkout page.
Once payment is accepted, the digital content is unlocked immediately in the FairPrix interface or on the confirmation page provided for that purpose.
Withdrawal right
The service consists of immediate provision of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. When the user requests immediate performance and acknowledges losing the withdrawal right once the content is fully supplied, the withdrawal right can no longer be exercised for the analysis already delivered.
If a paid order did not provide the expected access to digital content, contact FairPrix so a solution, new access link or refund can be reviewed.
Nature and limits of the service
FairPrix provides automated assistance for quote and invoice analysis: risk score, items to check, indicative ranges, target price and negotiation message depending on the selected offer.
Results are non-contractual, non-legal and provided for informational purposes. They do not replace a legal professional, industry expert, second quote, or careful review of the contract proposed by the provider.
Availability and liability
FairPrix uses reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Analyses may be incomplete when the quote lacks detail, includes unreadable images or concerns a local market that is insufficiently documented.
The user remains responsible for decisions to sign, negotiate, dispute or pay any third party.
